Now that Oppo has launched the Find X9 series in China, the brand seems to be gearing up for the Reno 15 series debut in its home market. A new Weibo post published by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the key specifications of the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro. Continue reading to learn the new details of both phones.
Oppo Reno 15 series display and chipset
As per the leak, the Oppo Reno 15 will be a compact offering featuring a flat OLED screen with support for 1.5K resolution. There will also be a second model equipped with a 6.78-inch flat OLED 1.5K screen.
A previous leak claimed that the 6.78-inch edition would be called the Reno 15 Pro Max. However, the latest update from DCS reveals that this model will instead be named the Reno 15 Pro. The tipster also expressed doubt over the existence of the 6.59-inch model, hinting that it may have been cancelled or could arrive at a later date.
According to the leak, both the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 8450 chipset. While battery capacities have not been disclosed yet, the Pro variant is tipped to support wireless charging.

For selfies, both the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro may feature a 50MP front camera. On the rear, the setup is said to include a 200MP Samsung HP5 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera.
