The Poco F8 series is officially launching this month

Poco and Xiaomi have begun teasing the worldwide arrival of the Poco F8 lineup. Poco confirmed a global reveal on November 27 through its official channels and the event will spotlight two models named Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra.

The announcement marks the first proper on record tease from the brand after weeks of leaks and benchmarking appearances.

A global reveal on November 27

The two phones are shaping up as performance minded machines powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite series chipsets. The Poco F8 Pro is tipped to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the F8 Ultra appears set for the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Early benchmark traces show cores clocking up to 4.61GHz.

Poco also looks ready to flex on audio. Leaked retail packaging point to a partnership with Bose. That branding was also present on the recent Redmi K90 family, which fuels the idea that the F8 models could arrive as global reinterpretations.

The Ultra model is rumoured to pack Bose tuned sound similar to Redmi K90 Pro Max.

Both phones are set to ship with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, which positions the F8 series among the earliest global releases running the new software experience out of the box.

Now the key question for Indian users is timing and availability. India usually receives F series hardware very close to global dates so a local reveal could follow in a matter of months if not weeks.
