Realme 15x 5G launched with a fast display and 2-day battery life

Realme has launched a new smartphone for those who want the most value in the budget segment. For under Rs 20,000, the new Realme 15x 5G offers a large screen, fast performance, and a big battery that charges fast. Here’s all you need to know about Realme’s latest budget smartphone.

What's special about the Realme 15x 5G?

The Realme 15x comes with a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display that supports 144Hz fast refresh rate. The screen peaks at 1,200 nits of brightness, making it ready for outdoor usage. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage.

The device has a 50MP Sony AI camera that’s paired with an LED flash unit. It gets another 50MP camera on the front for selfies. Notably, the device packs a large 7,000mAh battery that’s expected to offer about two days of usage. There’s also 60W fast charging for quick top-ups.

Other features of the phone include an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. There’s MIL-STD810H certification, adding extra durability. The device boots on Android 15 OS and has Realme UI 6 on top.

In the same price range, you can also check out the CMF Phone 2 Pro and the Vivo Y400 5G. Both offer similar features.
