After teasing the arrival of the GT 8 series for the past few weeks in China, Realme has finally confirmed the Realme GT 8 series launch date. Here’s everything that the company has confirmed so far about its next-generation flagships.
Realme GT 8 series: What to expect?
The Realme GT 8 series comprises two devices, namely the GT 8 and GT 8 Pro. These devices are officially confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Snapdragon 8 Elite chipsets, respectively, suggesting that these devices will deliver top-notch performance.
Both phones are also confirmed to feature an OLED panel that supports a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. However, there is a possibility that the Realme GT 8 Pro could be equipped with a larger screen compared to the GT 8. For an enhanced gaming experience, both phones will feature a dedicated R1 graphics chip.
While the GT 8 will have a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, the Pro edition will house a more advanced 200MP periscope telephoto camera coupled with Ricoh’s camera optimisations.
