The Redmi Note 15 Pro series has finally landed in India. The newly unveiled Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+ are positioned higher than the standard Note 15, which debuted earlier this month in the country. The Pro series come with high refresh rate displays, powerful chipsets, big batteries, and top-notch cameras.
Redmi Note 15 Pro series: Specs and features
The Redmi Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+ have the same display and rear cameras. Both phones have a massive 6.83-inch AMOELD panel offering a crisp 1.5K reoslution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also offers a peak brightness of 3200nits, support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
The Note 15 Pro series’ rear camera setup has an OIS-assisted 200MP main camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The Pro+ variant omits the telephoto camera, which was seen on the previous generation.
The Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+ have HyperOS 2-based Android 15 onboard. Both phones are confirmed to receive up to four years of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates. Both smartphones also feature LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, and 22.5W reverse charging.
The Pro variant gets a 20MP front camera, a Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset, and a massive 6,580mAh battery with 45W charging. On the other hand, the Pro+ edition features a 32MP selfie camera, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, and a 6,500mAh battery with faster 100W charging. For durability, the Note 15 Pro series comes with an IP68/69/69K rating for dust and water resistance.
Redmi Note 15 Pro series: Price and availability
The Redmi Note 15 Pro has arrived in India two phones, such as 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB priced at Rs 29,999 and Rs 31,999, respectively. It comes in colours, such as Carbon Black, Mirage Blue, and Silver Ash.
On the other hand, the Note 15 Pro+ comes in three configurations, such as 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. These variants are priced at Rs 37,999, Rs 39,999, and Rs 43,999, respectively. Its colour variants include Carbon Black, Coffee Mocha, and Mirage Blue shades.
