Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S26 series early next year, but ahead of its launch, a significant piece of information has emerged. The Galaxy S26 lineup may finally get faster charging speeds that are almost on par with the competition. Here’s what you need to know.
What to expect from the Samsung Galaxy S26
The Samsung Galaxy S25 and the S25 Plus are stuck at 25W wired fast charging speeds, but their successors, the Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus, may reportedly get 45W wired fast charging speeds.
The existing Galaxy S25 also has 45W wired fast charging speed, but guess what? The successor S26 Ultra is tipped to feature an even faster 60W wired fast charging speed. This will be a big upgrade, making these S flagships almost on par with the competition.
