Samsung is expected to retain the same 12MP camera from its predecessor – the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Tipster Ice Universe says that the company could switch from its own Samsung ISOCELL to Sony sensor. Other details of the camera on the upcoming flagship are identical to the previous model. These include a 1/3.2-inch sensor size, 1.12µm pixel size, and an f/2.2 aperture.

The tipster also claims that the Ultra phone will offer a 85-degree field of view (FoV). This is slightly expected to be higher than the Galaxy S25 Ultra which means that the successor model can capture selfies with wider perspective.

It remains to be seen what improvements the Sony sensor on the Samsung Ultra phone will offer compared to ISOCELL sensor on previous generations.
