Vivo X300 and X300 Pro debut with Dimensity 9500 and Zeiss cameras

Vivo’s latest flagships, the X300 and X300 Pro, have arrived in China, and they’re turning heads for more than just their design. The new duo blends MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset with Zeiss-engineered cameras, marking another confident stride in Vivo’s premium play.

With sleek BOE OLED displays, next-gen imaging hardware, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, the X300 lineup feels built to challenge the most established players in the flagship smartphone space. Here’s everything you need to know.

Vivo X300 series: Specs and features

The Vivo X300 Pro leads the charge with a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display running at 120Hz, while the standard X300 opts for a more compact 6.31-inch screen of the same quality. Both use circular polarisation 2.0 for better sunlight readability.

These latest Vivo flagships are powered by the Dimensity 9500 SoC paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The phones run Android 16-based OriginOS 6, promising a more fluid and personalised interface.

Photography is where Vivo flexes its muscle. The X300 Pro boasts a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, supported by Zeiss optics and Vivo’s V3+ and Vs1 imaging chips. It supports Zeiss’ 2.35× telephoto teleconverter accessory as well, although this is optional and needs to be bought separately.

The standard X300 switches the main camera for a 200MP Samsung HPB sensor. It also includes a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor and a 50MP LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera. Both phones house a 50MP Samsung JN1 selfie shooter.
