Vivo is scheduled to announce the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, its photography-focused flagship phones, on October 13 in China. So far, Vivo has officially confirmed several details about its next-generation X-series flagships. Just a few days ahead of the launch, a leaked image of what appears to be an internal presentation has surfaced, showcasing the entire specifications of both smartphones has surfaced on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo.

The leaked image reveals that the Vivo X300 will be a compact offering equipped with a 6.31-inch BOE Q10+ display. On the other hand, the Vivo X300 Pro will be a larger device featuring a 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ screen. While the leak does not specify this, Vivo has already confirmed that both phones will support a 1.5K resolution and an impressive 120Hz refresh rate.

Vivo X300 series’ camera specifications

According to the leak, the Vivo X300 will feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera.

In comparison, the Vivo X300 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main camera, paired with a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera.

Both phones will come equipped with a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 front-facing camera offering a 92-degree field of view (FOV). For improved image processing, the Vivo X300 series will use the V3+ imaging chip, while the Pro model will include an additional V1 chip for enhanced computational photography.

Additionally, Vivo has already confirmed that the X300 and X300 Pro will come with an optional attachable Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter kit for enhanced zoom capabilities.

Vivo X300 series’ chipset, battery, charging details

Under the hood, both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500, the company’s latest and most powerful chipset to date. Compared to the previous generation, the new series will bring a notable improvement in battery capacity, with the X300 housing a 6,040mAh battery and the Pro model featuring a larger 6,510mAh unit. Both support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The X300 series will ship with OriginOS 6-based Android 16, ensuring a smoother and faster user experience. Additional features include dual satellite communication support, 4.9G Wi-Fi, an RF chip, and a USB-C (3.2 Gen 1) port.

Vivo X300 series’ dimensions, durability, colour options

The Vivo X300 will measure 7.95mm in thickness and weigh 190 grams, while the X300 Pro will have a 7.99mm thin profile and weigh 226 grams.

As far as durability is concerned, the X300 series will arrive with an IP68 rating, meaning they are protected against dust ingress and water submersion up to 1.5 metres. Both phones are expected to come in shades such as Fortune, Warm Mist Blue, and White Moonlight.

Since the source of the leak could not be verified, it is advisable to take these details with a grain of salt and wait for the official announcement.
