After launching the Vivo V60 in August, Vivo unveiled the Vivo V60e earlier this week in India. In other Asian markets, the brand is also offering the Vivo V60 Lite in 4G and 5G versions. It now appears that Vivo is done with the V60 lineup and is working on the upcoming Vivo V70 series of smartphones.
In recent weeks, the Vivo V70 Lite (4G) has been spotted on certification platforms such as Bluetooth SIG and FCC, indicating that its launch may not be far away. These listings reveal that the device will feature 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and dual-band Wi-Fi.
Since the Vivo V60 Lite was not released in India, there is currently no clarity on whether the Vivo V70 Lite will make its way to the Indian market.
Vivo V70 expected India launch timeframe
Vivo is expected to announce the Vivo V70 around six months after the launch of the Vivo V60. Given that the V60 debuted in August, the V70 is likely to break cover in February 2026.

Vivo V70: What to expect?
Earlier this year, Vivo unveiled the Vivo S30 and S30 Pro Mini in China, which were later rebranded as the Vivo V60 and Vivo X200 FE, respectively, in India. Now, the company is gearing up to launch the Vivo S50 series in November or December in China.
Speculations suggest that the Vivo S50 will feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, known for offering smooth performance in mid-range smartphones. Therefore, it is likely that the Vivo V70 heading to the Indian market may also come equipped with the same chip. For reference, the Vivo V60 also uses the same processor.
