Upcoming phones in October 2025 to look out for

October is here, which means we are looking at a super-packed month of phone launches. Like last month, this month as well we have smartphone launches from big brands like Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, Xiaomi and others.

Interestingly, we are looking at flagship launches this time, with Oppo launching the Find X9 series and Vivo debuting its camera-centric X300 lineup. OnePlus might also announce its next flagship in the home market, and we might experience the return of the mid-range Redmi phones.

So, without further ado, let’s look at all the top launches in October 2025.

Vivo X300 and Vivo V60e

Vivo has confirmed the launch of the X300 series on October 13 in China. The device will likely launch alongside the V60e, a mid-range offering. Like the predecessor, the X300 lineup may have at least two models, namely, X300 and X300 Pro. Both may feature triple cameras with a 200MP main sensor.

Expect large batteries, fast screens, and a MediaTek chipset. The series could launch in India sometime later. We are expecting premium pricing, given this is a flagship series.

Oppo Find X9

Oppo is also bringing its X9 series of flagships on October 16 in global markets. The lineup could be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset and feature impressive cameras. The series may have batteries as big as about 7,000mAh or bigger. The series will run on Android 16 OS and come with an IP rating.

OnePlus 15

Although there’s no actual release date, the OnePlus 15 is expected to launch in China in mid or end of October. The device should likely launch in India in early 2025.
