iPad Air (8th Gen) price in India: Here’s how much each variant costs

Apple refreshed its mid-range tablet lineup yesterday alongside launching the new iPhone 17e. The iPad Air (8th Gen) comes with updated internals and replaces last year’s M3-powered Air (7th Gen). Like usual, the latest tablet is offered in Wi-Fi-only and cellular options along with multiple storage configurations. Read on to learn the pricing and availability details of the new Apple iPad.

iPad Air (8th Gen) price in India

The iPad Air (8th Gen) comes in 11 and 13-inch display variants, each with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. The 11-inch model’s Wi-Fi version for the same storage options costs Rs 64,900, Rs 74,900, Rs 94,900, and Rs 1,14,900 respectively. Meanwhile, the prices for 13-inch option are Rs 84,900, Rs 94,900, Rs 1,14,900, and Rs 1,34,900.

Coming to the Wi-Fi+Cellular version of the 11-inch, the iPad Air (8th Gen) costs Rs 79,900, Rs 89,900, Rs 1,09,900, and Rs 1,29,900 for 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants respectively. For the 13-inch model, the prices for the same configuration are Rs 99,900, Rs 1,09,900, Rs 1,29,900, and Rs 1,49,900. 

The iPad Air (8th Gen) is offered in Space Grey, Blue, Purple, and Starlight colours. There’s an instant cashback of Rs 4,000 on eligible cards. The tablet can be pre-ordered from March 4, 7:45 PM and will go on sale starting March 11. It can be purchased from Apple’s official channels, authorised retailers, and e-commerce platforms in India. 

iPad Air (8th Gen): What’s new?

The iPad Air (8th Gen) retains the same display, design, and camera from its predecessor. The latest model is now powered by an M4 chipset increasing performance by up to 30 per cent. The 12GB RAM and 16-core Neural engine enables faster on-device AI capabilities.

The tablet also features N1 wireless chip and a C1X cellular modem for Wi-Fi-7, Bluetooth 6, Threads, 5G, eSIM, and integrated GPS.
