Garmin has launched two new smartwatches, the Venu 4 and the Instinct Crossover AMOLED, expanding its lineup in the global markets. The former offers a stylish design for everyday usage, whereas the latter is for rugged use in the outdoors. All about the Garmin Venu 4
The Venu 4 is for everyday usage, and is available in 41mm and 45mm sizes with options for leather or silicone straps and colours including Lunar Gold, Light Sand, Silver, Citron, Slate and Periwinkle. It features an AMOLED display, built-in LED flashlight, speaker and microphone for calls, music storage and Garmin Pay.
On the health front, it supports ECG, heart rate variability, skin temperature, women’s health features and advanced sleep tracking. The smartwatch is priced at $550 (about Rs 48,400).
All about the Garmin Instinct Crossover AMOLED
The Instinct Crossover AMOLED combines mechanical watch hands with an AMOLED screen that’s sized 1.2 inches. It’s mainly built for outdoor usage and can withstand rugged environments.

The smartwatch offers multi-band GPS with SatIQ, an LED flashlight, RevoDrive hand alignment and night vision compatibility. A Tactical Edition adds extras such as a ballistics solver and stealth mode.
It comes with accessibility features such as spoken watch faces and colour filters. It’s advertised to deliver a strong battery life of up to 14 days, depending on your usage. The Instinct Crossover costs $750 (about Rs 66,000).
