Finding cheap fares can feel like a maze, with endless clicks and filters. However, the new Flight Deals feature in Google Flights aims to cut through that by letting you describe your ideal trip in plain English and then let AI do the flight search for you. This way, you are assured to get the best and most affordable flights to your dream getaway. Sounds good? Here’s everything you need to know about the newest feature in Google Flight.
Everything you need to know about Flight Deals
Flight Deals isn’t a search feature, but rather a separate tool that lives in Google Flights. The feature uses AI to understand your query, letting you receive curated results.
Want a weekend beach getaway or ski trip in Switzerland? Just type it in. The AI will interpret your request, fetch the best fares from airlines and booking sites so you don’t have to dig through menus.
The feature uses Google’s real-time flight data, so the results are current. Depending on your query, it will offer you the best and cheapest flight deals. This is a great tool for those who are always on the verge of that weekend getaway.
As for the availability, Flight Deals is now in beta in the US, Canada, and India. There’s no launch date yet for other regions. However, we expect the stable version of the feature to roll out soon.
