The Mansions update in GTA has yet again brought Michael De Santa back into the spotlight. This is the first time he’s arriving in GTA Online, and fans can’t wait to play him. However, his mission, called Home Sweet Home, is not available by default. You’ll have to complete some heists before you unlock Michael missions.
What are these heists, and how do we unlock all his missions? Don’t fret, we’ll tell you all about them. So, read on to see how you can unlock all Michael missions.
How to play Michael’s Home Sweet Home mission
Before we start, make sure to update the game on your gaming laptop/PC/console. Once you update the game, follow the steps below.
Step 1: To unlock Michael missions, you’ll need to have a mansion in GTA Online. So, start by buying a new mansion. To do that, you will have to visit the Prix Luxury Real Estate site and buy a premium mansion.
Step 2: Once you buy a mansion and register it, you have successfully activated the mission chain tied to the update.
Step 3: Look for the white A icon on your map. This icon belongs to Avi Schwartzman, the contact who handles the mission setup before you reach Michael.
Step 4: Answer the ringing payphone at the A icon. Each A marker leads to a payphone. Answer it to start Avi’s briefing and the first of his missions.

Step 5: Complete all five Avi missions. These missions include Finish Negative Press, Inside Job, Trash Talking, Tunnel Vision, and A Clean Break.
Step 6: Stay in a Freemode session after the fifth mission, and Avi will contact you once the game registers your progress. This call serves as the final trigger for Michael’s mission.
Step 7: Accept the Home Sweet Home invite, and you can now officially do all the Michael missions.
Although this sounds easy, it will take you a while to complete these tasks. Also, this involves a lot of waiting, but once you complete everything, you can finally step into the shoes of Michael De Santa, yet again.
