OpenAI’s ChatGPT has rolled out a recent update, titled ‘Whisper’, that uses voice prompts with its GPT-4 Large Language Model (LLM) to fetch answers in an audio format. However, if you’re wondering how to harness this feature with the action button on your iPhone 15, there are a few simple steps to help you get started.

Step 1: Within the iOS Settings menu, look for the Action Button option
Step 2: Once you’re in, swipe to the Shortcuts option mentioned at the end
Step 3: After tapping the blue button, go through a list of apps installed on your iPhone to find ChatGPT
Step 4: On doing this, you will be led to tap the existing shortcut option and replace it with ‘Start a voice conversation’

Once you’re done configuring it on your Action button, you can press it and begin communicating with your voice prompts to ChatGPT. However, it is crucial to note that this will only work if you have the Shortcuts app on your iPhone.
