Lava has introduced the Agni 4 in India, bringing a refreshed design and upgraded hardware to its mid-range line-up. The phone highlights a 1.5K+ AMOLED display, a 50MP rear camera with OIS, a 50MP selfie camera and fast charging support.
With these specs onboard, the Agni 4 is the most powerful Lava phone to date. Here’s a look at the specifications, features and price of the device.
Lava Agni 4: Specifications and features
The Lava Agni 4 features a 6.67-inch 1.5K+ AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2400nits local peak brightness. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, making it the most powerful Lava smartphone.
The Agni 4’s chip is paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM, which can be expanded up to 16GB using virtual memory. For storage, buyers get 256GB UFS 4.0 with expansion support. The device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging,
On the camera side, it carries a 50MP main camera with OIS and 4K 60fps video along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The front has a 50MP camera with EIS and 4K 60fps support.
The Agni 4 runs on Android 15 with a stock interface and no bloatware. Lava promises system-level AI enhancements through Vayu AI and Gemini AI, offering features such as image generation, text assistance, object recognition and problem analysis. It will be treated with two years of Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
Connectivity features include 14 5G bands, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, an IR blaster, and a USB Type C 3.2 poster. The device also includes a customisable Action key, dual stereo speakers, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Lava Agni 4: Price and availablity
The Agni 4 comes in two variants: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. However, the brand has only confirmed the latter’s pric as Rs 24,999. It is offered in Phantom Black and Lunar Mist finishes.
The Agni 4 will be available through Lava’s official website starting November 25.
