Lenovo’s latest Chromebook Plus comes with Google AI features built-in

While Windows laptops and Apple’s macOS machines are getting powered up by AI features, Google’s Chromebook was left behind. But not anymore, as the latest Chromebook from Lenovo packs Google’s nifty AI features, ensuring that your productivity goes up a notch.

If you are a student wanting to get a sleek laptop for yourself, continue to read on about the all-new Lenovo Chromebook Plus.

All about the new Lenovo Chromebook Plus (14”10)

Dubbed the Lenovo Chromebook Plus (14”10), the device boasts an extremely lightweight build, weighing just 1.17kg. It sports a 14-inch OLED display with a WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The screen has a 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut, which means for creative professionals, this is probably the right screen.

The Chromebook Plus comes with a touchscreen option for convenience. Moreover, it has a 16:10 aspect ratio, meaning you can see more tabs within your spreadsheet. The 400 nits of brightness ensures better daylight legibility.

The Chromebook Plus is powered by the MediaTek Kompanio Ultra 910 chipset, which is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The extra RAM ensures that the machine can handle several Chrome tabs without breaking a sweat. The laptop also has 50 TOPs for AI workloads, thanks to the NPU inside. For storing all your files, there’s up to 256GB of onboard storage.

The device packs a 60Wh battery with Rapid Charge support, which almost instantly charges the Chromebook Plus with the provided 65W adapter. Lenovo claims up to 17 hours of battery life, which is impressive.

More AI features include Select to Search with Lens, Text Capture, Help Me Read, and Quick Insert. Moreover, buyers of the Lenovo Chromebook Plus get 12 months of access to Gemini AI tools in Gmail, Docs, and other apps. Users also get 2TB of cloud storage.
