Motorola Edge 70 full specifications emerge via premature listing

A recent report revealed that Motorola is gearing up to launch the Motorola Edge 70 on November 5 in Poland. Since the launch is set for next month, the brand aims to gradually reveal details about the next-generation Edge-series phone. However, a premature listing by a Polish retailer has revealed almost everything about the Edge 70.

Motorola Edge 70 expected specifications

According to the X-Kom retailer listing, the Motorola Edge 70 will feature a 6.67-inch P-OLED display offering a 1.5K resolution and a high refresh rate of 120Hz, ensuring smooth scrolling and a lag-free experience. The phone will run on the latest Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UI on top

Under the hood, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and a massive 512GB of built-in storage. Despite sporting a slim 6mm design, the device will house a large 4,800mAh battery, supported by 68W wired and 15W wireless charging.

The Edge 70 also promises to impress in the photography department, as it is said to feature a 50-megapixel front camera and a dual 50-megapixel setup on the back, which includes an ultra-wide lens. Other key features include dual SIM with eSIM support, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, a USB-C port, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, and dual speakers.

One of the major highlights of the Motorola Edge 70 is its slim and lightweight build, placing it in the ultra-thin smartphone segment alongside devices like the Apple iPhone Air and Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. The listing reveals that the Edge 70 will measure 160 x 75 x 6mm and weigh only 170 grams.

While the retailer listing does not mention pricing, a previous report claimed that the Motorola Edge 70 could be priced between €710 (around Rs 73,220) and €810 (around Rs 83,530) in Europe. The phone is expected to come in Pantone shades such as Bronze Green, Gadget Grey, and Lily Pad.

At present, there is no official word on the Edge 70’s India launch. However, its arrival in the country in the coming months cannot be ruled out. In China, the same phone is expected to debut this month under the Moto X70 Air branding.
