OnePlus and Redmi are gearing up to launch premium smartphones in China. These are expected to be the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra and Redmi K90 Ultra. The former will be a part of the existing Ace 6 lineup, whereas the latter will join the K90 family. Now, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has shared some key details about the upcoming offerings on the Chinese micro-blogging platform Weibo.
OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra and Redmi K90 Ultra leaked details
Per DCS, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra and Redmi K90 Ultra are expected to debut in April in their home country. Both phones are rumoured to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. The tipster also reveals that the devices will come with support for 100W charging speed. DCS mentions that the battery capacity could start with the number 8. Another leakster suggests that the Ace 6 Ultra could be backed by an 8,500 mAh cell.

The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra and Redmi K90 Ultra are rumoured to feature a 165Hz refresh rate display.
If the latest development indeed turns out to be true, OnePlus and Redmi could go toe-to-toe with their upcoming offerings. There could only be slight differences between the two devices, with the Redmi K90 Ultra also rumored to come with an active cooling fan, a dedicated graphics chip, and a vibration motor for stronger haptics.
The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra and Redmi K90 Ultra will be arriving as the successors to last year’s S5 Ultra and Redmi K80 Ultra, respectively. At the moment, both brands are yet to share an official word on both upcoming smartphones. We can expect more details about the devices to surface in the coming weeks.
