The OnePlus Pad 3 isn’t just a simple launch; it’s the brand’s boldest play yet in India’s premium tablet market. After its global debut in June, the device has finally landed in India, and it’s coming loaded with enough hardware to make even your laptop feel a little insecure. Here’s everything you need to know about the OnePlus Pad 3.
OnePlus Pad 3 launched: Specs and features
The star of the show on the OnePlus Pad 3 is the enormous 13.2-inch display. It packs a 3.4K resolution (that’s 2400×3392 pixels for the number-hungry), an adaptive 144Hz refresh rate, and a rare 7:5 aspect ratio that makes browsing, streaming, or sketching feel more natural than the usual wide-screen squeeze.
Brightness peaks at 600 nits, which means it is not the brightest panel on the block, but more than enough to do justice to a late-night Netflix session.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage ensures this isn’t just a pretty face. An eight-speaker system tuned for punchy, immersive audio rounds out the entertainment credentials, while Wi-Fi 7 support and Bluetooth 5.4 keep it future-proof.

The OnePlus Pad 3 is powered by a 12,140mAh battery, which is large enough to keep you unplugged through long flights or weekend marathons, and it recharges at a blistering 80W, topping up from zero to full in just over an hour and a half. Cameras include a 13-megapixel rear snapper and an 8-megapixel selfie cam, mainly for calls and casual captures.
OnePlus Pad 3 price and availability in India
The OnePlus Pad 3 is priced starting at Rs 47,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the fully-loaded 16GB + 512GB option comes in at Rs 52,999. Bank offers can bring the entry price down to a tempting Rs 42,999.
Buyers get a choice of Storm Blue or Frosted Silver colourways, and early adopters can snag a free OnePlus Stylo 2 stylus and folio case, that are handy additions that push it closer to being a productivity machine.
The first sale goes live September 5. So, if you’ve been waiting for a high-end Android tablet that feels equal parts workhorse and plaything, the Pad 3 makes a strong case for itself. Drop your thoughts in the comments, and stay tuned to Unboxed by Croma for the latest tech updates.
