Oppo continues to expand the availability of its latest Android-based software update, ColorOS 16, to more devices. The company has now pushed the ColorOS 16 update to three smartphones as the global rollout gradually approaches completion. ColorOS 16 rolls out to more devices
The ColorOS 16 update is now reaching the Oppo K13x, Oppo K12x and Oppo Reno 12F. According to the latest rollout details shared through official community channels, the update for the K13x and K12x has started rolling out in India, while the Reno 12F is currently receiving the update in Indonesia. The rollout is expected to expand to additional regions in the coming weeks.
Oppo has been steadily releasing ColorOS 16 to eligible smartphones over the past few months. With the latest rollout, the list of devices still waiting for the update has become much shorter. The company has also confirmed that several more devices will receive the update during March.
Last week, the brand released the ColorOS 16 update to Oppo F31 Pro+ and F31 Pro. The F31 is scheduled to get it on March 17. Tomorrow (March 10), the update will be made available to Reno 12F, Reno 12 FS and Reno 11 FS.

During the launch of ColorOS 16, the brand confirmed that it will be available to the following devices in Q1 2026. The list includes the Find X5, Reno 12 series, Reno 11 series, Reno 10 Pro+, F31 Pro+, F31 Pro, F31, F29 Pro, F27 Pro+, and K13.
The Oppo tablets scheduled to receive ColorOS 16 this quarter include the Pad 3, Pad 2 and Pad SE. Some of these devices may have already received the update.
ColorOS 16: Key features
ColorOS 16 is based on Android 16 and introduces a range of improvements across performance, security and productivity features. The update brings refinements to system animations, privacy controls and multitasking tools designed to make everyday tasks smoother.
The software also includes enhancements to the Photos application. Users can now access editing tools such as Popout, which separates the subject from the background to create a layered effect. AI-powered editing features such as AI Eraser have also been refined to remove unwanted objects more cleanly.
In February 2026, Oppo introduced additional improvements through a feature update. These included a reflection removal tool for photos, a limited-time New Year watermark for images and improved document translation within PowerPoint files. The update also improves the Private Safe feature, allowing users to store sensitive files and photos more efficiently.
