Oppo K14x 5G is launching next week with 120Hz display, 6,500mAh battery

Last week, Oppo rolled out the first teaser of an upcoming K-series phone, which only gave a glimpse of its design. Today, the brand officially confirmed that this device will be called the Oppo K14x 5G. Additionally, Oppo has also revealed its launch date, design, and key specifications.

The Oppo K14x 5G is scheduled to go official on February 10 in India. In terms of design, the device features a flat display with a punch-hole cutout on the front, while the back panel houses a vertical dual-camera setup.

It will be available in two colour options: Violet and Light Blue.

As per the official page, the Oppo K14x 5G will be equipped with a 120Hz refresh rate, promising smoother scrolling and more fluid animations. The display will also offer a peak brightness of 1,125 nits. The K14x 5G will pack a massive 6,500mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.

The device will come preloaded with ColorOS 15, although it remains unclear whether it will be based on Android 16 or Android 15. Like its flagship phones, Oppo promises 48-month fluency protection on this device. The brand has also confirmed that it will be powered by the Dimensity 6300 chipset, which has become a reliable option for many budget-friendly 5G smartphones.

For photography, the K14x 5G will feature a 50MP main camera, but there is currently no information about the secondary rear camera or the front-facing selfie camera. For security, the device includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Oppo K14x 5G price (rumoured)

According to a recent report by 91mobiles Hindi, the Oppo K14x 5G could be priced at around Rs 15,000. With this pricing, it will rival the likes of the Realme C85 5G and Redmi 15C in India.
