OPPO has long made its mark with elegant, camera-forward smartphones, or balanced well-rounded phones, from the Reno series to the flagship Find lineup to the budget A series. But with the K13 Turbo series, the brand is stepping on the gas and taking a hard turn into the high-performance lane.
Set to launch in India on August 11, the OPPO K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro are a bold play for the growing crowd of mobile gamers and performance-first users. And from what we’ve seen so far, they’re not just dipping a toe in, they’re diving straight into the action. Here’s all you need to know.
OPPO K13 Turbo, K13 Turbo Pro launching in India soon
The K13 Turbo series has already landed in China, and OPPO’s bringing that same high-octane hardware to Indian users. We’re talking powerful chipsets, advanced thermal systems, and massive batteries; all geared toward users who demand more from their phones.
The K13 Turbo is expected to pack the MediaTek Dimensity 8450, while the K13 Turbo Pro will likely feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Both models will run ColorOS 15 on Android 15, offering a slick interface to match the performance muscle.
Expect a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, and a vivid 1,600 nits peak brightness, which is a great combo for immersive gaming and all-day content binging.
Cameras take a step back though, with a 50MP + 2MP rear setup and a 16MP front camera. It’s functional, yes, but clearly not the main attraction. These devices are unapologetically geared toward power users, not shutterbugs.
The 7,000mAh battery is a clear highlight though, promising day-long performance with ease. With 80W fast charging and IPX8 + IPX9 protection, the phones are built to survive long hours and the occasional spill, whether you’re deep into gaming or juggling apps all day.

On the pricing front, OPPO seems ready to compete. The K13 Turbo is expected to be priced between Rs 20,000–Rs 30,000, while the K13 Turbo Pro could slot into the Rs 30,000–Rs 40,000 range, squaring off against performance champs from other brands.
If you’ve been waiting for OPPO to get back into the speed game, August 11 is the date to watch. Stay tuned to Unboxed by Croma for all the launch updates.
