In January, Realme unveiled the Realme 16 Pro and 16 Pro+ smartphones in India. There have been rumours that the brand may unveil the Realme 16 in India in the near future. Now, a new leak has emerged revealing the existence of another 16-series phone dubbed the Realme 16T. Here’s a look at the first details of this phone.
Realme 16T, Realme P4R: Configurations, colour options tipped
According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Realme 16T 5G will arrive in three variants: 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. It will arrive in three colours, namely Starlight Red, Starlight Black, and Aurora Green.
The same leak also reveals the Realme P4R’s existence, along with configuration options such as 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 6GB+256GB. It will be available in shades like Silver Glare, Titanium Glare, and Lavender Glare.
Unfortunately, the leak has no information about the core specifications of these phones. While the P4R appears to be an entirely new phone, the 16T is expected to arrive as a successor to last year’s Realme 15T.
Upcoming Realme phones
In February, the Realme 16 bagged approval from India’s BIS certification, indicating that it could be heading to India in the coming weeks.
This phone has already launched in Vietnam with key features such as an iPhone Air-like rear design, a 6.57-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz screen, a Dimensity 6400 Turbo chip, a 50MP front camera, 50MP dual cameras, and a 7,000mAh battery with 80W charging.
At present, Realme is teasing the Realme P4 Lite 5G in India. To recall, the brand has confirmed that it will pack a 7,000mAh battery and debut on March 19. Its official teaser has revealed that it will be available in white and blue shades.
