The Realme C83 5G smartphone has been launched in India today. It arrives as the successor to last year’s Realme C73 5G. The newest C-series phone packs an upgraded refresh rate display and battery capacity. However, it also comes with a downgraded camera setup. Read what the device offers out of the box below.
Realme C83 5G key specifications and pricing
The Realme C83 5G has a large 6.73-inch LCD screen with a waterdrop notch and a 144Hz refresh rate for smoother viewing. The display is responsive to wet hands and the AI outdoor mode ensures usability under bright sunlight.

The smartphone comes with a 13MP single rear camera and a 5MP front-facing selfie snapper. The device is military-grade shock resistant and also has IP64 rating.
The Realme C83 5G is powered by a Dimensity 6300 processor under the hood. It packs up to 6GB RAM with virtual memory and up to 128GB internal storage.
The phone is backed by a massive 7,000mAh battery cell with support for 15W charging. It also supports reverse wireless charging. The device is equipped with a VC cooling system for heat dissipation. It ships with Realme UI 7 based on Android 16.
The Realme C83 5G starts at Rs 13,499 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. The 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB options cost Rs 14,499 and Rs 17,499 respectively. It is offered in Blooming Purple and Sprouting Green shades. The phone can be purchased from March 11 on e-commerce platforms, the brand’s website, and retail stores.
