Budget phones often come with some sort of trade-off. A big battery usually means a chunky body, and a sleek design often cuts down on endurance. The new realme P4 5G and P4 Pro 5G break away from that cycle.
The lineup not only comes with an aesthetic design, but also offers a fast screen and a long battery life. Here’s all you need to know.
All about the Realme P4 series
The realme P4 5G sports a 6.77-inch FHD+ HyperGlow AMOLED display that refreshes at 144 Hz and hits a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The ‘metal heart’ design with visible bolts gives it a bold, industrial edge.
Powering it is the Dimensity 7400 Ultra paired with a Pixelworks co-processor, ensuring smooth graphics and reliable performance.
The major highlight of the phone is its improved endurance. It has a 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging and reverse charging, making it a serious all-day companion.
The realme P4 Pro 5G takes things further with a 6.8-inch 1.5K curved OLED display, 144 Hz refresh rate, and 6,500 nits peak brightness. The back comes in a tech-wood finish that stands out in the segment, and it also brings upgraded cooling systems for sustained performance.
Under the hood is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with a HyperVision AI chip for gaming and visual enhancements. Like the P4, it packs a 7,000 mAh battery with 80 W charging and reverse power support.

As for the cameras, both phones have a 50MP sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide unit. For selfies, the P4 gets a 16MP unit, and the P4 Pro features a 50MP selfie snapper.
Both phones run Android 15 with realme UI 6.0 and promise three OS updates and four years of security patches. The durability story is strong too, with IP65/IP66 ratings on the P4 and IP68/IP69 on the P4 Pro.
If you liked the features, you can get the Realme P4 5G starting at Rs 14,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant and Rs 15,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 256GB variant costs 17,999. The sale goes live on August 27 in online and offline markets.
In the same price range, you can also check out the CMF Phone 2 Pro and the Vivo T4X. Both come with a big battery and unique features.
