Samsung appears to be preparing the next batch of its mid-range A-series smartphones. Recent leaks have revealed key details about the upcoming Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37, including their expected hardware specifications, colour options and pricing for Europe. Here’s a look at what to expect from both phones.
Samsung Galaxy A57, Galaxy A37 specifications (rumoured)
According to details shared by AndroidHeadlines, the Galaxy A57 is said to feature the newer Exynos 1680 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The device may also include a 6.7-inch flat Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and the same FHD+ resolution.
On the other hand, the Galaxy A37 may feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The device could pack an Exynos 1480 chip and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging.
It is tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging support. The camera system may include a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 5MP macro lens, along with a 12MP front camera.
In terms of cameras, the rear setup may include a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP macro camera, while the front could feature a 12MP selfie sensor. Both devices are likely to ship with Android 16-based One UI 8.5.
Samsung Galaxy A57, Galaxy A37 price (rumoured)
Pricing details for the European market have also surfaced through tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore. The Galaxy A37 is expected to start at €439 (about Rs 46,730) for the 6GB+128GB variant, while the 8GB+256GB model could be priced at €539 (about Rs 57,360).
The Galaxy A57 may begin at €539 (about Rs 57,360). for the 8GB+128GB version, whereas the 8GB+256GB model is tipped to cost €609 (about Rs 64,280).
The Galaxy A57 is said to arrive in Charcoal, Icyblue, Grey, Lilac and Navy shades. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A37 may come in White, Charcoal, Greygreen, Lavender and Navy.
There is currently no information about the Indian pricing of the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37. However, reports suggest that both smartphones could launch later this month across multiple markets, including India.
