Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE comes with Galaxy AI and 30 hours of battery life

Samsung has quietly taken the wraps off its new pair of TWS earbuds. Dubbed the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE. The TWS earbuds are cheaper than the Buds 3 and the Buds 3 Pro and do not really skimp on features.

Some of the key highlights of the earbuds include active noise cancellation, Galaxy AI features, and battery life that can stretch beyond a day. Sounds good? Here’s everything you need to know.

What’s special about the Galaxy Buds3 FE?

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE stay familiar with their design but swap the matte finish for a more toned down look. The charging case keeps the translucent lid and comes in black and grey shades.

Sound is where these buds stand tall. The earbuds ae advertised to offer improved sound over the Galaxy Buds FE. However, the exact details about the drivers are unknown.

The earbuds also have ANC to block noise and isolate voices even when the wind turns up. This great for calls and when you want a quiet listening experience. There’s also Ambient mode that lets you stay aware of the environments.

With the Buds 3, Samsung brought Galaxy AI to the TWS earbuds. The Buds 3 FE also gts the same treatment with features like real-time translation that works in tandem with Galaxy devices. You can also summon Gemini on an instant to ask simple queries with a long press.

There are also touch controls, which includes swipe for volume and pinch to play, pause, and skip tracks. Battery life is a highlight here. Samsung advertises up to to 30 hours of playbac with ANC turned on, and slightly more when it’s off.

Connectivity-wise, there’s Bluetooth 5.4 and you get Auto Switch for seamless device pairing. Not to forget the earbuds are splash-resistant with IP54 support, an improvement over the IPX2 rating of the Buds FE.

The Galaxy Buds 3 FE are priced at $150 (about Rs 13,000) and expected to be available globally on September 5. That puts them in an ideal spot for anyone seeking advanced features without splurging on premium earbuds.
