Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S26 series of smartphones in January 2026. Therefore, the rumour mill is expected to reveal leaked details about its design and specifications around this time. In a new development, a Reddit user has shared an image of the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s dummy units. One of the units flaunts an iPhone 17 Pro series-like orange paint job.
Bold, Vibrant, and Premium Look

The above image showcases the dummy units of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in silver, orange, and gold. Specifically, the orange variant reminds us of the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max’s Cosmic Orange variant.
Nevertheless, the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s orange edition can be described as having a rich sunset glow or fiery amber metallic finish. This variant has received a divided response on Reddit, while some find it very attractive, others feel it looks like an iPhone copycat. Whatever the opinion, it certainly has an appealing look. At present, there is no clarity on whether the final product will be available in these shades or if there will be more colour options.
While the authenticity of the image could not be verified, the design aligns with the previously seen CAD (Computer-Aided Design) renders of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which surfaced at the beginning of this month. Rumours suggest that the Galaxy S26 Ultra, measuring only 7.9mm in thickness, will be slimmer than the S25 Ultra.
The S26 Ultra is said to have four cameras on the back, along with a laser autofocus sensor and an LED flash. As per rumours, it will have an upgraded 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 10 or 12-megapixel telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.

The CAD renders revealed the Galaxy S26 Ultra will continue to feature a flat display and a dedicated slot at the bottom for housing the S Pen stylus. It is expected to deliver top-notch performance, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the same chipset that is also expected to fuel upcoming flagships from brands like Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus, Realme, Xiaomi, and iQOO.
