Samsung is expected to hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, where it is likely to unveil the Galaxy S26 series. As the launch draws closer, leaks surrounding the lineup have intensified. Days before the official announcement, fresh reports have revealed nearly everything about the Galaxy S26 Ultra, including its design, colour options, and core specifications.

Images shared by Android Headlines showcase the Galaxy S26 Ultra in Black and Cobalt Violet colour options. The rear design appears more refined than its predecessor, featuring a unified camera island that houses three vertically aligned camera sensors and an LED flash alongside.

A promotional image leaked by Evan Blass showcases the Cobalt Violet variant, suggesting it could be the hero colour for this generation. From the front, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to feature a flat display with slim and symmetrical bezels. A centred punch-hole cutout houses the front camera, while the S Pen continues to be an integral part of the device, confirming Samsung’s commitment to stylus support.

While Black and Cobalt Violet have been revealed so far, the phone may arrive in additional colour options, which could surface through the rumour mill in the coming days.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra specifications (rumoured)

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is tipped to feature a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the screen. It is expected to offer a 12MP front camera. On the rear, the setup could include a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, a 10MP telephoto lens, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera.

Powering the device is likely the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and storage options starting from 256GB. The phone is expected to ship with Android 16-based One UI 8.5.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra may pack a 5,000mAh battery with wireless power sharing support. It is said to measure 7.9mm in thickness and weigh around 214 grams.
