Several reports have claimed that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S26 series by the end of February. Now, a leaked poster shared by reliable tipster Evan Blass has surfaced like a final nail in the coffin, as it doubles down on the same date that has been doing the rounds in rumours for quite some time.
Samsung Galaxy S26 launch date revealed
The poster shared by the tipster reveals that Galaxy Unpacked 2026 will be held on February 25. With the leaked date drawing closer, it is likely that the South Korean tech giant may officially confirm the event soon.
To recall, the Galaxy S25 series was announced globally on January 22. This suggests that the Galaxy S26 lineup could launch more than a month later than its predecessor.
Reports suggest that the Galaxy S26 lineup will consist of three models—the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. While these devices are expected to debut by the end of February, they are reportedly set to go on sale on March 11.
At present, there is no clarity on whether the lineup will include the Galaxy S26 Edge, as it has reportedly been cancelled due to the Galaxy S25 Edge’s lacklustre sales. Even if it does exist, it is unlikely to launch alongside the core S26 trio.
There is also no concrete information regarding the chipsets that will power the Galaxy S26 series. Recent reports suggest that the Galaxy S26 and S26+ may continue to feature either the Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, depending on the region. Meanwhile, the Ultra model could be exclusively powered by the Snapdragon chip across all markets.
Reports have also revealed that the South Korean tech giant may unveil the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro TWS earbuds at the same event. These audio products are expected to debut alongside the Galaxy S26 series during the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event.
