Instagram is a platform that allows creators and businesses to reach their audience through posts, reels, and stories. It also goes the other way around, allowing fans and customers to directly message the creators or businesses.
However, with such an easy way of conversing with anyone, people can end up sending spam messages. Instagram has a good way of dealing with messages sent by those who do not follow you. It lets users send a message request.
Creators or businesses have to go through each message request and accept or decline the request manually, which is a cumbersome process, especially when you have thousands of requests in your DMs.
Here's how to sort and filter Instagram DM requests
Instagram has added a new ‘Sort & filter’ overlay that pops up in the Message request section. This overlay will make your life as a creator or social media manager easier than ever. So, follow the below steps.
