In July, Vivo unveiled the Vivo X200 FE compact phone in India. Since the name Vivo X300 FE and the associated model number V2537 have already appeared in the IMEI database, it appears that the launch of the X200 FE’s successor may not be far away. A new leak has revealed key details that could be seen on the X300 FE.
Vivo X300 FE expected key features
To recall, the Vivo X200 FE was a rebadged version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which remained exclusive to the Chinese market. Therefore, speculations are rife that the X300 FE could be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which is expected to launch in November or December in China. In a new Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked key specifications of the S50 Pro Mini.
The leak suggests that the Vivo X300 FE will retain a compact design like its previous generation, as it is expected to feature a 6.3-inch OLED screen. Based on previous reports, it can be said that it will be a flat display offering a crisp 1.5K resolution.
The X300 FE promises to deliver exceptional performance, as it’s said to feature the forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, which is expected to bring significant performance improvements, according to the tipster. This will be a noteworthy upgrade compared to the Dimensity 9300+, which powers the X200 FE.

While the Vivo X300 FE’s display will be almost the same as the Vivo X300, which also features a 6.3-inch screen, the FE edition will have a larger battery than the X300’s 6,040mAh unit.
The X300 FE will have a triple camera setup, equipped with a periscope telephoto camera for a higher optical zoom experience. The other details of the phone are still under wraps, but these early leaks suggest it will be a promising compact flagship.
Vivo X300 FE expected launch timeframe
Vivo is expected to launch the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in the first week of December in India. While the X300 FE is unlikely to debut alongside these models, its arrival in the first quarter of 2026 cannot be ruled out.
