After weeks of teasing, the iQOO Z11 Turbo is now officially unveiled in China. It is a performance-focused smartphone packed with a high refresh rate display, a powerful chipset, and a large battery.

Speculation is rife that the Z11 Turbo could be rebranded as the iQOO 15R in India. Here’s a closer look at the specifications, features, and pricing of the company’s most powerful Z-series phone.

iQOO Z11 Turbo: Specs and features

Starting from the front, the iQOO Z11 Turbo strikes a sweet spot with its 6.59-inch OLED LTPS panel, which is neither too large nor too small. It is a flat display offering a sharp 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits, and 4320Hz PWM dimming. For security, the phone features an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.

Powering the device is the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset from Qualcomm, paired with LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, promising smooth and sustained performance. For enhanced gaming, the phone also ships with the company’s self-developed Q3 chip.

With a 7,600mAh battery inside, iQOO claims that the Z11 Turbo houses the largest battery among phones with a similar form factor. While it lacks wireless charging support, the device offers 100W fast wired charging.

Moving on to the optics, the iQOO Z11 Turbo features a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls. On the rear, it sports an OIS-assisted Samsung HP5 200MP main camera, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The smartphone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box.

The Z11 Turbo also comes equipped with dual stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, and a vapour chamber cooling system. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, the Z1 gaming chip for enhanced connectivity, NFC, an IR blaster, and a USB-C port. The phone features an IP68/69-rated body with a slim profile of 8.1mm and weighs around 206 grams.
