Nothing Headphones (a) tipped to launch on this date

Back in July 2025, Nothing unveiled the Nothing Headphone (1) as its premium over-ear wireless headphones featuring a distinctive transparent design, tactile controls, and up to 80 hours of battery life, carrying a price tag of Rs 21,999. Recent reports have claimed that the brand is working on a more affordable variant dubbed the Nothing Headphone (a). Now, a new report has not only revealed its launch date but also its colour variants.

Nothing Headphone (a) launch date, colour options (rumoured)

As per a report by Deal Labs, the Nothing Headphone (a) will debut on March 12 in Europe and other markets. Ahead of its official announcement, the brand is said to begin accepting pre-orders starting March 5.

The report also states that the Headphone (a) will be available in four colour options: Black, White, Pink, and Yellow. In Europe, the Headphone (1) is priced at 299 euros (~Rs 31,920), and the publication reveals that the Headphone (a) is likely to cost 159 euros (~Rs 16,980).

At present, there is no India-specific information about the Nothing Headphone (a). However, considering that the Headphone (1) was priced at Rs 21,500 at launch, the Headphone (a) could be available for around half the price, roughly Rs 10,000.

Nothing Headphone (a) features: What to expect?

Early reports suggest that the Nothing Headphone (a) could be a rebranded version of the Headphone (1) with a plastic build. While there is no concrete information about the Headphone (a)’s specifications, it may miss out on some premium features that are available on the Headphone (1).

In related news, Nothing recently confirmed that it will not launch a flagship phone this year. This means that instead of announcing the Nothing Phone 4 flagship, the company will focus on the Phone 4a series. The lineup, which is expected to include two models—the Phone 4a and 4a Pro—is tipped to debut in March in India. It would not be surprising if the company decides to launch the Headphone (a) alongside the Phone 4a series.
