OnePlus held a launch event in China today to unveil the OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 smartphones. While the Ace 6 is a performance-focused flagship, the OnePlus 15 is positioned as an all-rounder with a premium display, high-end cameras, the latest Snapdragon 8-series chipset, and a massive battery. Continue reading to know everything about the OnePlus 15.
OnePlus 15: Specs and features
The OnePlus 15 features a 6.78-inch OLED display, similar to the OnePlus 13, but instead of a 2K resolution, it offers a 1.5K resolution. The company compensates for this with support for a 165Hz refresh rate, matching competing flagship phones and making it ideal for gaming and binge-watching.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powers the device, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Running on Android 16 with ColorOS 16, the OnePlus 15 promises an exceptionally smooth and fast performance experience. Its global version will have the OxygenOS 16 UI.
The phone packs a massive 7,300mAh battery that can easily last up to two days on a single charge. Charging speeds are equally impressive, with 120W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and bypass charging support.

Since the OnePlus–Hasselblad partnership has ended, the OnePlus 15 now features Oppo’s in-house LUMO imaging technology, enhancing colour accuracy and dynamic range. The device also supports 4K 120fps video recording. Other highlights include a metal middle frame, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, a USB-C (3.2 Gen 1) port, and an IP68/69-rated dust and water-resistant body.
