The OnePlus 15 is scheduled to debut with the OnePlus Ace 6 on October 27 in China. The brand has been consistently sharing key details about both smartphones through its Weibo (Chinese microblogging platform) handle. Today, OnePlus China President Li Jie Louis confirmed the top-notch camera features that will be available on the OnePlus 15.
OnePlus 15 camera specifications, features
The OnePlus 15 features three rear-facing 50MP cameras, which include a periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom and an 85mm focal length for portrait shots.
While the brand hasn’t revealed the OnePlus 15’s exact camera sensors, rumours claim that it features a Sony LYT-700 50MP main camera with OIS support, an OmniVision OV50D ultra-wide lens, and a Samsung JN5 50MP periscope telephoto camera.
OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 15 features the in-house LUMO condensed light imaging system, which combines advanced optics and computational photography with powerful AI processing. With full-link Pro XDR support, the OnePlus 15 will be capable of maintaining a high dynamic range from capture to display for lifelike contrast and brightness.

The All-Focal Length HD Output support promises sharp photos across all zoom levels without loss of quality. Additionally, it can record cinematic 4K videos at 120fps with Dolby Vision support.
OnePlus 15 specifications at glance
The OnePlus 15 is confirmed to feature a 6.78-inch BOE X3 OLED screen with a sharp 1.5K resolution and a high 165Hz refresh rate, making it an ideal device for content consumption and gaming. For security, it will feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the device features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 7,300mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging support. It will be available in three colour options in China, such as Mist Purple, Absolute Black, and Sand Storm.
OnePlus 15 India launch expectations
Rumours suggest that the OnePlus 15 will launch on November 13 in India. Like the previous generation, the new model may cost around Rs 70,000.
