OnePlus 15, OnePlus Ace 6 are launching next week, design, colour options revealed

OnePlus has finally confirmed the OnePlus 15’s launch date for the Chinese market. The brand has announced that it will hold a launch event on October 27 to unveil not only the OnePlus 15 but also the Ace 6. Apart from confirming the launch date, the company has also shared official images revealing their design and colour options.

The OnePlus 15’s design appears to be a more refined version of what was seen on the OnePlus 13T / 13S, which debuted earlier this year. The phone sports a squircle camera module housing three cameras and an LED flash.

The other official images released by the brand recently show that the OnePlus 15 features a flat display with large, rounded corners. It will be available in Mist Purple, Sand Storm, and Absolute Black shades.

Reports have revealed that the OnePlus 15 will feature a 6.78-inch OLED screen with a sharp 1.5 K resolution and a smooth 165Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the latest and most powerful chip from Qualcomm.

The OnePlus 15 is said to house a 7,300mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. For photography, it may feature a triple 50MP camera setup.

The OnePlus Ace 6 can be seen in silver, white, and black finishes in the official images. The silver variant has Ace-branding etched on its back. Its camera layout is slightly elongated compared to the OnePlus 15.

Speculations suggest that the Ace 6 will be a larger device than the OnePlus 15. It may feature a 6.83-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a 7,800mAh battery with 120W charging support. Currently, there is no confirmed information about the camera capabilities of the phone.

OnePlus 15 series India launch speculations

The OnePlus 15 series is expected to launch in India on November 13. Reports suggest that the upcoming OnePlus 15R could be a slightly modified version of the Ace 6 with improved cameras. However, it is expected that the OnePlus 15R will debut alongside the OnePlus 15.
