In November, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus 15 as the company’s most powerful flagship, priced at Rs 72,999. For users looking for a more affordable option, the brand recently introduced the OnePlus 15R. The series is also said to include a third model called the OnePlus 15s, which is expected to be a compact offering and a successor to the existing OnePlus 13s.
It now appears that the OnePlus 15s may debut earlier than expected, as it has reportedly surfaced in the database of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
The tipster claims that the CPH2795 and CPH2793 model numbers belong to the OnePlus 15s. He also mentioned that the CPH2793 variant has already cleared BIS certification in India.
For reference, the OnePlus 13s received BIS certification in April this year and was officially launched in June. Now that the alleged OnePlus 15s has appeared in the BIS database much earlier, it suggests that the device could launch in the first quarter of 2026.
OnePlus 15s specifications (rumoured)
Recent reports indicate that the OnePlus 15s will feature a 6.31-inch OLED display with support for a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to run OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 15s is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and pack a large 7,500mAh battery with support for either 100W or 120W wired charging. Its rear-facing dual-camera setup may include a 200MP Samsung HP5 or 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor, paired with a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto camera.
The OnePlus 15s is also expected to arrive with other features like dual speakers, an x-axis linear motor, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. In terms of build, it may arrive with a metal middle frame and an IP68/69-rating for durability.
