OnePlus 15s could be the compact flagship we wished for

While OnePlus is focused on the OnePlus 15’s India launch, scheduled to take place on November 13, it is also said to be working on a compact flagship phone called the OnePlus 15s for next year. This device will arrive as a successor to the existing OnePlus 13s and promises to offer features that were missing on the current model.

Just as a modified version of the OnePlus 13s (review) was launched as the OnePlus 13T in China, it is believed that the OnePlus 15s will be a tweaked version of the OnePlus 15T, designed for the Chinese market. Here’s a look at the leaked specifications of the 15T, shared by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station in a recent Weibo post. These specs are also expected to apply to the 15s.

OnePlus 15T key specifications surfaced

According to the tipster, the OnePlus 15T will be equipped with a 6.31-inch flat OLED screen featuring equally sized bezels on all four sides. The display will support a 1.5K resolution and a high refresh rate. It is currently unclear whether it will also offer a 165Hz refresh rate like the OnePlus 15, Ace 6, and the upcoming Ace 6 Turbo.

The OnePlus 15T will be a compact powerhouse, as it will not only feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip but also a massive 7,000mAh battery, according to its engineering prototype. However, the tipster added that the battery size has not yet been finalised.

The device will also include an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor and IP68-rated dust and water resistance. While the leak does not mention camera details, other reports suggest that the OnePlus 15T/15s will feature an ultra-wide camera, a feature missing from the previous OnePlus 13T/13s.

OnePlus 15T launch timeframe

The leak states that the OnePlus 15T is scheduled to launch in the first half of 2026, with an expected debut around April 2026, similar to its predecessor. As for the OnePlus 15s, it may go official around June 2026 in India.
