Realme just announced its Realme UI 7.0 skin, built on top of Android 16. The company is promising a heap of new AI-powered tools, performance upgrades, and a complete visual makeover.
Below, we’ve got the full rundown on all the new features and, most importantly, the complete schedule for when your device is set to get the open beta.
Realme UI 7.0 beta timeline
The brand new Realme GT 8 Pro will have this software straight out of the box. For everyone else, the open beta rollout kicks off later this month. The Realme GT 7 Pro is first in line for the update. The company has split the rollout into two main phases.
Kicking off in Q4 2025 (Present-December 2025)
– P Series: P4 Pro, P4 5G, P3 Ultra 5G, P3 Pro 5G, P3 5G, P3x 5G, P3 Lite 5G, P2 Pro 5G, P1 Pro 5G

Realme UI 7.0: What's new?
The most obvious change is the massive visual glow-up. Realme calls it the “Light Glass Design” and it’s all about depth, fluidity, and layered transparency.
On the customisation front, “Flux Theme 2.0” is the new hotness. It adds support for Live Photos and video wallpapers, using AI to create a dynamic depth of field effect. This joins other tweaks like new fingerprint animations, resizable and recolourable icons, fresh widgets, and new lock screen styles.
Realme is also going all-in on AI. An “AI Notify Brief” feature will stop the notification spam by summarising everything into a neat morning and evening briefing, complete with your schedule and to-dos. For photographers, “AI Framing Master” will offer composition guidance to help you snap better pictures.
Realme UI 7.0 also apparently supports “iPhone and Apple Watch Connect”. This will let you sync calls, messages, and even health data from Apple’s hardware. It’s similar to what OnePlus has been cooking up.
