Recover deleted stories and posts on Instagram

Instagram does allow you to recover your old posts and stories directly through settings. Follow this guide to know how.

Step 1: Open the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android phone.

Step 2: Tap on the Your Activity section.

Step 3: Select the Recently Deleted section.

Step 4: Here, you can select all the deleted posts and stories that you want to recover.

Step 5: Open a particular post or story and tap the three-dot menu.

Step 6: Hit Restore, and the posts and stories will automatically reappear on your profile. Posts will stay forever, whereas stories will disappear after 24 hours.
