Vivo unveiled the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in October in China. The brand has now expanded the lineup by introducing the X300 Ultra and X300s.
As the names suggest, the Ultra edition promises a top-notch photography experience, while the X300s arrives as a model that sits between the X300 and X300 Pro. Here’s a look at all the details on their specifications, features, and price.
Vivo X300 Ultra: Specs and features
The Vivo X300 Ultra has a massive 6.82-inch BOE OLED LTPO screen delivering a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and a 6,600mAh battery. It comes with support 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is the world’s first smartphone to feature a Sony LYT-901 200MP main camera with OIS support. It is joined by a 50MP Sony LYT-818 ultra-wide camera, an OIS-enabled 200MP Samsung HP0 periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom, and a 5MP multispectral lens.
Vivo is offering the telephoto extender G2 (200mm) for regular users and the telephoto extender G2 Ultra (400mm) for creators, which supports up to 17x optical zoom.
Vivo X300s: Specs and features
The Vivo X300s, on the other hand, has a 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ screen that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset along with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It packs a 7,100mAh battery, the largest ever on an X-series phone.
The X300s rear camera setup includes a 200MP main camera with OIS support, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS support. This phone supports the G2 telephoto extender kit, which offers a 200mm focal length.

The X300 Ultra and X300s are equipped with Android 16 with a layer of OriginOS 6 on top. Both devices also feature a 50MP front-facing camera with autofocus support, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, an IR blaster, NFC, USB-C (Gen 3.2), and an IP68/69-rated dustproof and water-resistant body.
Vivo X300 Ultra, X300s: Price and availability
The Vivo X300 Ultra is available in configurations such as 12GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, with a starting price of 6,999 CNY (approximately Rs 95,800).
On the other hand, the X300s comes in multiple variants, including 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, with a starting price of 4,999 CNY (approximately Rs 68,500).
