Studio Display, Studio Display XDR: Specs and features
The standard Studio Display continues to feature a 27-inch 5K Retina panel with a resolution of 5120 x 2880 pixels. It supports up to 600 nits of brightness and P3 wide colour, making it suitable for tasks such as photo editing, coding, video production, and general productivity when paired with a Mac.
The display also includes a 12MP Center Stage camera with Desk View support, allowing video calls to automatically keep the user in frame. Apple has also included a three-microphone array and a six-speaker system with Spatial Audio. The speaker system includes four force-cancelling woofers designed to deliver deeper bass along with two tweeters.
Thunderbolt 5 connectivity allows users to connect accessories or daisy-chain multiple displays, while two additional USB-C ports support peripherals and charging. The included Thunderbolt cable delivers up to 96W charging for compatible MacBook models.
