ChatGPT is slowly becoming more than just a chatbot. Well, you can already generate images, create files, and make web searches within the app. Now, you can also identify songs in ChatGPT without opening a third-party app.
Shazam is coming to ChatGPT, letting you identify songs right inside the app.
Here’s how to use Shazam in ChatGPT to identify music.
How to use ChatGPT in Shazam
You don’t really have to do any workaround to use Shazam in ChatGPT. It’s a pretty straightforward process, and we are here to tell you about it.
Step 1: Open ChatGPT and go to the Apps section.
Step 2: Look for Shazam and connect it to your account.
Step 3: Once added, start your prompt by typing “Shazam” or use the command /Shazam.
Step 4: Now you can ask something like “Shazam, what song is this?” while music is playing nearby.
Step 5: ChatGPT will listen and use Shazam to identify the song.
Once the track is recognised, ChatGPT will show the song name, artist and album artwork, all within the app. You can also preview the song directly and save it to your Shazam library if you use the Shazam app.
