Earlier this month, Sony rolled out gaming titles such as Undisputed, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown for PlayStation Plus members. These titles were part of the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup, meaning they are available to Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers alike.
Now, Sony has rolled out its latest catalogue update specifically aimed at PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members, meaning these titles are not accessible to Essential-only users. The new update includes a wide range of games, detailed below.
New game catalogue for PlayStation Plus Extra, Premium users
Starting February 17, PlayStation Plus subscribers in the Extra and Premium tiers will gain access to a refreshed selection of games across different genres, ranging from open-world adventures to narrative-driven experiences and racing titles. Headlining the update is Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 for PS5, allowing players to switch between Peter Parker and Miles Morales while exploring an expanded version of Marvel’s New York.
Racing fans will find Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown joining the service, offering a large shared open world alongside a wide selection of licensed cars from several well-known manufacturers. Meanwhile, Neva delivers a more emotional action-adventure experience centred on companionship and survival in a slowly decaying world, while Season: A Letter to the Future takes a reflective approach through exploration, storytelling, and memory collection during a bicycle road trip.
The catalogue update also includes Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin and the original Monster Hunter Stories, both expanding the turn-based RPG experience with monster companions and a strong narrative focus.
Venba adds a unique cultural storytelling angle through a cooking-based narrative, while Echoes of the End: Enhanced Edition presents a fantasy adventure inspired by dramatic landscapes and magical themes. Rugby 25 rounds out the lineup with a sports simulation aimed at delivering an authentic rugby experience.
PlayStation Plus Premium additions and availability
For Premium members, Disney Pixar Wall-E joins the classic games selection, bringing a platform adventure based on the popular animated film. As always, the availability of titles may vary by region, and streaming options for PS5 titles can change over time. Subscribers can access the updated catalogue through the PlayStation Store once the games go live on the scheduled date.
