Realme is reportedly working on the Realme 16 series of smartphones. The brand unveiled the Realme 15 Pro in July, and the rumour mill has already started revealing its details. Recently, tipster Abhishek Yadav revealed the configurations and colour options of the Realme 16 Pro. Now, the said device has appeared in the database of China’s TENAA certification platform, revealing key details about its specifications.
Realme 16 Pro specifications (rumoured)
As per the TENAA listing, the Realme 16 Pro will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen offering a crisp resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels. While the listing has no information about its refresh rate, Realme may retain the 144Hz refresh rate, which was available in the previous generation.
The Realme 16 Pro is powered by an unknown 2.5GHz chipset and packs a massive 7,000mAh battery. However, it should be noted that the TENAA listing only mentions the rated capacity as 6,830mAh. While there is no information about its fast-charging capabilities, it may support 80W charging like the Realme 15 Pro.
The device will be available in China in 6GB / 8GB / 12GB / 16GB RAM options and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB / 1TB storage choices. It will run on Realme UI 7-flavoured Android 16.
For selfies, it will have a 50MP front camera, and its back panel will have a 200MP + 8MP dual camera setup, which does not seem to include a telephoto lens. It is likely to feature the same Samsung HP5 200MP camera that’s available as a periscope camera on the recently unveiled Realme GT 8 Pro flagship phone.
The listing mentions that the Realme 16 Pro also features an in-screen fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster. The device will measure 162.6 x 77.6 x 7.75mm and weigh around 192 grams.
Realme 16 Pro variant, colour options
According to the above-mentioned tipster, the Realme 16 Pro is expected to arrive in three shades in India. These include Pebble Grey, Master Gold, and Orchid Purple. He also revealed that the phone will arrive in four variants in the country, such as 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.
