Realme has taken the wraps off the Realme Pad 3 5G tablet and the Buds Air 8 true wireless earphones alongside the Realme 16 Pro series. The Pad 3 is an entry-level 5G-enabled tablet designed for students and everyday users. On the other hand, the Buds Air 8 is the latest TWS earbuds with up to 55dB ANC. Here’s a look at the specifications, features, and price of both products.
Realme Pad 3 5G: Specs and features
The Realme Pad 3 5G features a large 11.6-inch display with a 2.8K resolution, aimed at users who consume content or attend online classes on a regular basis. The tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
The Pad 3 is backed by a sizable 12,200mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, which should help reduce downtime. For imaging and video calls, the device includes 8MP cameras on both the front and rear. For productivity, it comes with support for a stylus.
Realme Buds Air 8: Specs and features
The Realme Buds Air 8 are positioned as feature-rich true wireless earbuds in the affordable segment. It is equipped with a dual-driver setup combining 11mm and 6mm drivers for improved sound separation. Active Noise Cancellation is supported, with noise reduction claimed to go up to 55dB.
The earbuds also carry Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification and support the LHDC audio codec. With the charging case, the Buds Air 8 deliver up to 58 hours of total playback and come with an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.
Realme Pad 3 5G, Buds Air 8: Price and availability
The Realme Pad 3 5G comes in multiple configurations, such as 8GB+128GB (Wi-Fi-only) 8GB+256GB (5G), and 12GB+256GB (5G). These variants are priced at Rs 26,999, Rs 27,999, and Rs 29,999, respectively. It comes in colour variants, such as Champagne Gold and Space Grey. In India, the device will compete with the Redmi Pad 2 Pro, which debuted with a price tag of Rs 24,999 today.
The Realme Buds Air 8 is priced at Rs 3,799, placing it squarely in the competitive budget audio segment. It comes in three shades: Gold, Dark Grey, and Purple.
