Vivo has quietly announced the Vivo X300 FE in Russia. This phone succeeds the X200 FE, which debuted last year as an affordable compact flagship phone. Being an X-series phone, the X300 FE packs impressive cameras along with top-notch specifications. Here’s everything you need to know about this phone.
Vivo X300 FE: Specs and features
Starting from the front, the Vivo X300 FE has a 6.31-inch AMOLED panel delivering a crisp 1.5K resolution, 5,000nits of peak brightness, along with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone runs on OriginOS 6-based Android 16, and is promised to receive 5 years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.
For selfies, the Vivo X300 FE has a 50MP front camera. Its back panel features a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support.
The X300 FE is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and a big 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The phone also comes with other features such as an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, an X-axis linear motor, an IR blaster, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, a metal frame, and an IP68/IP69-rated dust- and water-resistant chassis.
Vivo X300 FE: Price and availability
The Vivo X300 FE has landed in Russia with a price tag of RUB 60,124 (~Rs 71,700). This is for the single 12GB+256GB variant, which comes in three colours: Moonlight White, Cool Purple, and Graphite Black.
Vivo X300 FE India launch
The X300 FE is also expected to release in India, as it was approved by the country’s BIS authority in the recent past. While there is no official confirmation on its arrival, it is expected to debut in a month or two in India.
